Ometepe Island
Ometepe Island is an island formed by two volcanos Concepcion and Maderas. It is located within Lake Nicaragua and close to Rivas. It does require a ferry to get to. We typically spend 3-4 days on Ometepe. Exploring the island, going to Ojo de Agua (a natural, crystal-clear, mineral-rich volcanic spring-fed swimming pool surrounded by jungle), Volcano Maderas San Ramon waterfall, a cacao tour, ziplining and lots of local food! Truly such a magical place! The best sunsets (and sunset spots hand-picked by us, and amazing views of the volcanos everywhere you go.) Not to mention, monkey sightings!! Included in our Ultimate Go- Go package, and available as a custom itinerary.
Popoyo
Popoyo is located in Rivas, making it the perfect srop before heading to Ometepe Island. Famous for it's amazing surf break, it makes the perfect place to catch some waves, or relax after arriving to Nicaragua before any adventures. We love to use Popoyo as the in-between location when traveling from Managua to Ometepe Island. Quiet, on the pacific ocean and lot's to still explore. One of our favourite things to check out at sunset is the Magnific rock formation on the ocean. Typically we spend 1-2 nights here. Included as our first destination in our Ultimate Go-Go package and available as a custom itinerary.

San Juan Del Sur
San Juan Del Sur is located in the Southwest of Nicaragua. One hour from Popoyo, it makes it the perfect location for a day-trip while staying in Popoyo. Typically, we do a walking tour, explore local buisnesses, and a sloth adventure tour, where you can learn about trees, plants and wildlife in Nicaragua while enjoying a side-by-side adventure! Beautiful vibrant town, with a giant statue of Cristo de la Misericordia at the top of it all (available to explore.) Included in our Ultimate Go-Go package, or as a custom itinerary.
Granada + Mombacho Volcano
Granada City is one of the oldest cities. Located on Lake Nicaragua, near Volcano Mombacho. This city makes for the perfect day-trip or night between heading to Laguna de Apoyo from Ometepe Island. We explore the vibrant city, go on a walking tour and check out the local market. Normally we incorporate Volcano Mombacho, by doing the crater hike around the Volcano where you feel like you are in the rainforest, and see the smoke from the volcano, as well as amazing views of the City of Granada. We normally spend one night here before heading to our next destination. Included in our Ultimate Go-Go package, and as a final night in Nicaragua or as a custom itinerary.

Laguna de Apoyo
Laguna De Apoyo is located one hour from the airport this makes for a perfect last day adventure breaking up the travel back to the airport. Laguna de Apoyo is a crater lagoon formed by a volcano errupting inwards. Located between Masaya and Granada. Crystal clear waters make it perfect for swimming, kayaking and relaxing. Available to also take a pottery demonstration nearby while enjoying your last few days of your trip. Truly such a unique place. Included in our Ultimate Go-Go package, and available to add on to any sample itinerary at the start or end of your trip.
